About Us

Members of the Colorado Affordable Housing team have been Principals, Board Members, Senior Management, Property Managers or Construction Managers for some of Denver’s premier real estate management, brokerage, advisory and development firms.  These positions grew from experience gained at the entry level of the industry to the most senior positions including ownership.

• CAH's members have experience in development from the ground up of small and large multifamily residential sub divisions, large production single family properties, build to suit user properties and experience in all sectors of commercial real estate including receivership of hotels, apartments and retail centers, including management, leasing or sales.

• Our team has the boots on the ground experience in market shifts from aggressive growth markets to dramatic downturns. This experience better enables us to develop credible market analysis, determine and contract quality sites, design projects that are needs based (from our client’s perspective) and cost effective.

• The current market conditions of astonishing shifts in value with the attendant increases in vacancy, availability of competitive properties, lack of financing and foreclosures are a repeat of past real estate cycles which all members of the CAH team have experienced.

• The depth of experience possessed by our team members and gained from their participation in previous difficult market conditions will result in aggressive construction buy out and cost control, maximizing value, value enhancement and optimum investment protection.

• Member’s professional achievements include founding a professional non-profit (Metro Denver Realtor Foundation), committee membership in various professional associations including IREM, DMCAR, ICSC, SIOR and participation in various college committees including The University of Denver.
